Questions

Everything you need to know about working with The CleanLab Manufacturing Co.

What is private label manufacturing?

Private label manufacturing means we produce a product that carries your brand name and identity — not ours. You own the brand, the design, and the customer relationship. We provide the formulation, production, packaging, and delivery expertise behind it.

Our MOQ varies by product category and formulation complexity. For standard formulas, MOQs typically start from 500–1,000 units per SKU. For custom formulations, we discuss MOQ requirements during the initial discovery session. We are flexible with retail partners who are scaling up gradually.

A standard private label project from brief to first production run takes approximately 8–14 weeks. This covers discovery, formulation, sampling, revision, regulatory review, and production scheduling. Custom formulations or new categories may take longer.

Yes. We offer end-to-end contract packaging services including structural packaging, label design support, and print management. You can bring your own artwork or work with our team to develop packaging that fits your brand.

Yes. We have export capabilities and work with retail partners distributing into multiple African markets. We provide the necessary documentation, compliance support, and logistics coordination for cross-border shipments.

We currently manufacture across three core categories: Home Care (laundry, dishwash, surface cleaners, disinfectants), Personal Care (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, lotion), and Industrial Products (commercial cleaners, degreasers, sanitisers).

We operate under GMP-aligned processes with quality checks at raw material intake, in-process production, and final dispatch. All products are NAFDAC-registered and meet SON standards. Full batch records and certificates of conformance are available for every production run.

Reach out via our contact page or email info@thecleanlabco.com. We’ll schedule a discovery call to understand your product vision, category requirements, and timeline. From there, we’ll propose a development roadmap and quotation.
